Matthew Blog, FMP, currently serves as the Critical Facilities Manager at Peterson Companies since May 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Campus Infrastructure & Planning, Capital Projects at Stevens Institute of Technology from June 2017 to May 2024, where responsibilities entailed strategic planning and coordination of capital projects with a focus on MEP systems. Matthew also worked at Columbia University as Supervisor of Environmental Controls from April 2016 to June 2017, leading a team of 14 HVAC professionals and managing extensive facilities operations. Additionally, Matthew held the position of Lead HVAC/R Mechanic at Emcor Services NY/NJ from June 2002 to April 2016, overseeing HVAC operations within a significant data center. Educational qualifications include a Journeyman in HVAC/R from the Edward R Gehm Training Center and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Construction Management from Washtenaw Community College.
