Crystal Kranz Watkins, MA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Crystal is currently the Human Resources Director at Peterson Health, where they manage HR core team, recruiting, compliance, HR strategy, and the FMLA process. Prior to this, they served as an HR Manager at Peterson Health and was responsible for employee relations, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Crystal has also worked as an HR Business Partner at WorldStrides, where they provided performance management counsel and managed layoffs and furloughs during the COVID-19 pandemic.
