Jessie Boyer has a long and varied work experience. Jessie started their career in 1988 as an Intelligence Recruiter for the United States Air Force. Jessie then moved on to become a Recruitment Manager, Recruiter, Quality Assurance Specialist/Exercise Program Specialist, and Aerospace Technician. In 2011, they began working as a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist for Novetta Solutions. In 2014, they became a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist/Staffing Manager for Ball Aerospace. In 2016, they moved to Polaris Alpha as a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2018, they joined CollabraSpace as a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist. Finally, in 2019, they became a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at BrainTrust Holdings LLC. Her current role is Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Peterson Technologies, where they are responsible for managing new hiring requisitions, scaling hiring operations, developing out of the box strategies to source candidates, and managing the candidate experience.
Jessie Boyer attended Ballou High School and then went on to join the U.S. Air Force, where they received training in 1996 and 1997. From 2002 to 2003, they attended AchieveGlobal - Miller Heiman Group to study Selling Skills and Sales Operations. In 2006 to 2009, they attended IMPACT Sales - Bill Brooks Group for the same field of study. Between 1995 and 2011, they attended the Community College of the Air Force, Maxwell Air Force, where they received an Applied Sciences and Human Resources degree. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Strayer University, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Cyber Security.
