Dr. Reena Shah

Dr. Reena Shah has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and human capital management. Dr. Reena started their career as a Recruitment Manager at Dhruv Counseling Services in 2004, where they managed RPO and built strong client relationships. Dr. Reena later worked as a Recruiting Manager at Ikya Human Capital Solutions Pvt. Ltd, focusing on P&L management and client acquisition. Dr. Reena also held positions at Fact Personnel Pvt Ltd and Ikya Human Capital Solutions Limited, specializing in recruitment operations and team leadership. Currently, they serve as the Recruiting Team Lead at Peterson Technology Partners.

Dr. Reena Shah holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Statistics from St. Xavier's College. Dr. Reena then pursued a Master of Labour Welfare (MLW) degree in HR from Gujarat University from 1998 to 2000. Dr. Shah furthered their education by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in HR from Gujarat University, completing their studies in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in subjects related to HR and recruitment from LinkedIn in 2020.
