Shawn Mitchell has extensive experience in data management and reporting, currently serving as a Report Developer and Team Lead for PetPoint Data at Pethealth Inc. since March 2011. In this role, Shawn manages data service requests, oversees task assignments, and monitors team progress while creating and modifying stored procedures, views, and SSRS report designs. Prior to this position, Shawn worked as a Database Developer, focusing on shelter reporting and web app maintenance. Earlier experience includes programming for market research at TNS North America and providing technical support at Factory Direct. Shawn began a career in customer service at Instaloans Financial Solutions Centers. Shawn holds a diploma in Computer Programmer Analyst from Canadore College, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
