Klaudia Łuczak

Klaudia Łuczak has been working in the insurance industry since 2008. Klaudia began their career at TUZ Ubezpieczenia, where they held the positions of Koordynator, Starszy Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta, Młodszy Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta, and Referent ds. Ewidencji Polis. In 2019, they moved to EuroIns Insurance Group as a Specjalista ds. windykacji i rozliczeń. Most recently, in 2022, they joined PETHELP as a Collections Specialist/B2B Sales Specialist.

Klaudia Łuczak is currently pursuing a Magister (Mgr) degree in Project and Process Management from the Akademia Ekonomiczno-Humanistyczna w Warszawie, which they began in 2020. Previously, they obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Finance and Accounting from the same institution in 2020. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Udemy in SQL Language for SQL Server, Manual Software Testing Basics, and the Cambridge English Entry Level Certificate in ESOL International (Entry 3) (Preliminary) in 2022, 2021, and 2020, respectively.
