Kyle Lembke has a diverse work experience. Kyle is currently working as the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing at PetIQ, where they are responsible for developing strategies to drive growth on digital platforms and managing the marketing P&L. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Digital Sales & Strategy, where they developed and executed the organization's digital strategy and built their first DTC Shopify site and brand. Kyle also managed a team of analysts, merchandisers, project managers, and interns. Before joining PetIQ, they worked as a Senior National Account Manager, eCommerce & Digital Sales, where they led a team dedicated to expanding PetIQ's eCommerce presence and managed the digital & omnichannel retail channel P&L. Prior to that, they were a National Account Manager, eCommerce, responsible for building strategies for growth across eCommerce platforms and strengthening the relationship between Amazon and PetIQ.
Before their tenure at PetIQ, Kyle worked at Team Direct Management LLC as an eCommerce Account Manager, where they managed key dot com pet accounts and significantly grew client sales. Kyle started their career at Rapport Leadership International as a student.
Kyle Lembke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from the University of Arkansas. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Klaviyo Product and Google Ads Display. The Klaviyo Product Certification was obtained in June 2022, while the Google Ads Display Certification was obtained in April 2022.
