Nicole Jimenez

Nicole Jimenez, CSM, serves as the Director of Enterprise Applications & Business Intelligence at Pet360, Inc., a division of PetSmart, since March 2014. In this role, Nicole oversees technology initiatives for a leading online resource serving pet parents with a robust omni-channel shopping experience. Previously, Nicole held the position of Manager of Information Technology and Manager of Business Applications at Scala Digital Signage, recognized for innovative digital solutions. Earlier in the career, Nicole was the Director of Information Systems & Technology at Bentley Homes, a luxury custom home builder. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Chestnut Hill College and has educational credentials from Drexel University.
