Diana Garvis Purcel, MBA, CPA (inactive), NACD.DC, is a seasoned financial executive and board member with extensive experience in corporate governance and fiscal leadership. Currently serving as a Public Company Board member and Chair of the Audit Committee at PetMeds® and Ocean Power Technologies, Purcel demonstrates expertise in audit, compensation, and governance issues. As Co-Founder of the Private Directors Association® and an Executive Mentor at Executive Springboard, Purcel supports aspiring board members and executives.
