Juan Kemp

Juan Kemp has a diverse and extensive work experience in the mining industry. Juan started their career in 1994 as a Senior Plant Metallurgist at ERGO - Anglo Gold. From there, they worked at De Beers, where they held various roles including Plant Production Superintendent, Plant Manager, and Project member in the Business review project. Juan then joined Cullinan Diamond Mine - Petra Diamonds as a Metallurgical Manager, where they successfully managed the mine plant and implemented a plant improvement project. Currently, they are working at Petra Diamonds as the Chief Technical Officer, after previously holding the roles of Project Executive and General Manager - Cullinan Diamond Mine. Throughout their career, Juan has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on improving plant efficiency and profitability.

Juan Kemp has an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from North-West University/Noordwes-Universiteit, obtained between 2000 and 2002. Juan also has a B Eng degree from the same university, completed between 1990 and 1993.
