Yahya Jadi has extensive experience in compliance and safety management, currently serving as the Head of Group Compliance and Head of Group HSSE and Compliance at Petra Energy Berhad since October 2017. Prior to this, Yahya was self-employed in small-scale deer farming and palm oil from February 2016 to September 2017 and held the position of HSSE Manager for the Gumusut Kakap Project at Shell from October 1992 to January 2016. Earlier career experiences include working as a Project Engineer on various projects and as a Quality Superintendent at AIROD Aerospace Technology from 1988 to 1992. Academically, Yahya holds an MBA specializing in Project Management from Open University Malaysia, a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the National University of Malaysia, and a BSc in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Wichita State University.

Its fleet of marine vessels include over five accommodation work boats, mainly for deployment within the Company's Pan Malaysia contract; five accommodation work barges, and one anchor handling tug supply vessel.
