Marcus Vinicius Rocha de Lima

Marcus Vinicius Rocha de Lima is a skilled metallurgical engineer with extensive experience in equipment inspection and laboratory analysis. Currently working at Petrobras as a Junior Equipment Engineer since January 2019, Marcus has previously held positions at Tenaris, including Laboratory Analyst where responsibilities involved planning combined load tests and creating test reports, and as an intern focused on operational document management according to ISO 9001 standards. Additionally, Marcus contributed to the start-up of a welding robot at Tenaris Research and Development Centre and participated in scientific research on welded joint microstructures at the Laboratório de soldagem - UFRJ. Education includes a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Swansea University.
