Rodrigo Augusto Noel Silva

Rodrigo Augusto Noel Silva is an experienced manager at Petrobras since October 2008, holding various managerial positions, including Management of Cost Recovery, Local Content, and overseeing the Libra Consortium. Additional roles include managing Production Programming and Control for the Mero and Marlim Leste Production Assets, as well as for Albacora Leste, Barracuda, and Caratinga Production Assets. Prior to Petrobras, Rodrigo served as Sócio-Administrador at Grandlar from 1994 to 2008, managing a small business focused on household goods and lighting. Rodrigo holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis.
