Hema Pande

Hema Pande is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various companies such as Petrochem Middle East FZE, Beiersdorf, Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, and Brightpoint. Hema has held roles such as Regional HR Director, Group Head- Human Resources, and Human Resources Director over the course of their career. Hema has a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from IILM and Jesus and Mary College, respectively. Additionally, Hema has completed a Leadership Program from IMD in 2018.
