Helen Riach

Helen Riach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Helen began their career as a Drilling Technical Assistant at Enterprise Oil plc in 1996. Helen then worked as a Senior Technical Assistant at Peak Well Management Ltd, where they were involved in well operations and participated in the launch of the P1 probabilistic cost and time application. Helen later joined Consulting as a Senior Technical Assistant, contributing their expertise until 2007. From 2001 to 2011, they served as the Company Director and Business Manager at ADR Gardens & Landscapes Ltd.

Helen then transitioned to Petrofac, where they held several roles. Helen started as a Technical Assistant, actively involved in the development and client engagement of the WellAtlas web application, which eventually became Turus. Helen then moved on to become an Account Coordinator, followed by an Account Manager, where they led client-facing activities and managed project deployments. Helen subsequently took on the position of Software Product Manager, accountable for the successful development and delivery of the Turus project management web application. In this role, they were also part of Petrofac's Innovation Zone team, showcasing various digital initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Most recently, Helen has been working as a Digital Business Partner/IT at Petrofac, focusing on the company's digital transformation with a strong emphasis on Net Zero.

Helen Riach obtained a Master of Arts (MA) Hons in German Studies from the University of Aberdeen in 1993. In 1994, they received a Postgraduate Diploma (Dist) in Librarianship & Information Studies from Robert Gordon University. Helen also holds additional certifications, including an APM Associate from the Association for Project Management and an APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) from the same institution, both obtained in 2018.
