Josephine Ritchie has a diverse work experience in the planning and project management field. Josephine currently works as a Principal Planning Engineer at Petrofac. Prior to this, they were a Senior Planning Engineer at PD&MS Group. Josephine's previous role at Wood was as a Senior Planner, where they worked on EPC projects for the BP contract. Josephine also held the role of Offshore Construction Flotel Campaign Planner and Functional Planner during their time at Wood. Before joining Wood, Josephine worked as a Trainee Estimator and Project Controls Analyst. Josephine started their career as a Graduate Commercial Surveyor at J & E Shepherd.

Josephine Ritchie completed their education with a Master of Arts (Hons) degree in Property and Spatial Planning from the University of Aberdeen from 2008-2012. Prior to that, they attended Westhill Academy from 2002-2008 and obtained various Highers. Josephine has also obtained additional certifications, including Project Management in Primavera P6 Administration from Oracle in 2017, City & Guilds Certificate in Project Controls from ECITB in 2016, APMP Association for Project Management from the Association for Project Management in 2016, and Introductory Certificate in Project Management from the Association for Project Management in 2015.
