Junyan Jiang

Junyan Jiang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as General Manager at China Petroleum Petrofac Engineering Services BV since November 2018, Junyan also holds the position of Country Manager at Petrofac since July 2007, focusing on business development with major Chinese National Oil Companies, including Cnooc, Sinopec, and CNPC. Previous roles include Regional Manager at VINCI Energies, where responsibilities included leading pipeline automation and SCADA initiatives in China, and Business Development Manager at Petrofac, establishing offices in Baku and Kuala Lumpur. Junyan’s career began at BP Amoco in training and HR, and as a Mechanical Engineer at CNOOC Iraq Limited. Junyan holds an IMBA from NEOMA Business School and a Master’s degree in General Management from Tongji University.
