Yenny Valera

Yenny Valera is a seasoned reservoir engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Reservoir Engineer and Subsurface Manager at Perenco since November 2020, Yenny Valera previously held the position of Subsurface Manager and Ingeniero de Yacimientos at Petrofac from April 2013, focusing on the development of Area Sanchez Magallanes and Santuario EL Golpe. With a strong background at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. from November 2003 to March 2013, Yenny Valera specialized in the development and management of oil deposits, analysis and interpretation of production records, and well design and rehabilitation. Yenny Valera obtained an Engineer's degree in Petroleum Engineering from LUZ and furthered expertise in drilling and completion of wells at IFP - Institut français de presse.
