Maaike Lanphen

Maaike Lanphen is a seasoned professional in the fields of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and financial compliance, currently serving as the Team Leader ESG at Petrogas E&P since February 2019, after holding the position of Financial Compliance Analyst. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Staff Auditor and Staff Auditor at EY from September 2014 to January 2019, alongside a master's thesis internship at EY. Maaike has a robust background in organizational management and finance, demonstrated through positions as Secretary and Treasurer at the Financial Study Association Rotterdam and Dispuut Trocadero, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Post-Master in Accounting from Erasmus University Rotterdam, an MSc in Accounting and Control from Rotterdam School of Management, and ongoing study in the ESG Academy at the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School.
