Manikantan Kesavan

Manikantan Kesavan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in equipment integrity and inspection engineering. Currently serving as Lead Integrity & RBI Engineer at Petroleum Development Oman (Shell JV) since April 2008, Manikantan is responsible for static equipment inspection to ensure safe and reliable operations across various plants. Prior to this role, Manikantan worked as a Senior Inspection Engineer at Saudi Aramco, focusing on quality monitoring and compliance during construction and pre-commissioning phases, including design reviews of equipment. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corrosion & Inspection Engineer at Reliance, where Manikantan conducted design reviews and calculations for process equipment. Manikantan holds a PGDBA in Operation Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Sriram Engineering College, along with a DME in Mechanical Engineering from Sriram Polytechnic.
