Mohammed Djellouli

Mohammed Djellouli is a seasoned hydrogeologist with extensive experience in groundwater modeling and management. Currently serving as a Senior Hydrogeologist at Petroleum Development Oman since September 2019, key responsibilities include developing groundwater flow models utilizing various methodologies and effectively managing databases. Prior experience includes roles as Quarry Manager at LafargeHolcim, where oversight of a 130-member team ensured high standards in quarry operations, and as Senior Hydrogeologist with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) focusing on sustainable water resource management across Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco. Mohammed also held positions as Project Hydrogeologist at Schlumberger, conducting hydrogeological assessments in multiple countries, and as Junior Hydrogeologist at ANBT, where foundational tasks included data validation and dam bathymetry creation. Educational credentials include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from Blida University, as well as specialized training in groundwater modeling at Università degli Studi di Ferrara.
