Vinícius Gonçalves is an experienced health, safety, and environmental (HSE) professional with a robust background in safety training and coaching within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an HSE Coach at Petroleum Development Oman, Vinícius has previously held roles such as Assist and Assure Coach at Shell and Safety Performance Coach at The REACH Group. Vinícius has extensive knowledge from positions including Offshore HSE Trainer at ICM Group and HSE Advisor/HSE Travel Manager at Remote Medical International. With experience across various drilling rigs, including senior roles at Seadrill and Ensco, Vinícius has engaged in safety inductions, training programs, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
