Vlad Nemes

Vlad Nemes currently serves as the Contracting and Procurement Discipline Head at Petroleum Development Oman since March 2020, focusing on people development, process efficiency, digitalization, and risk management. Previously, Vlad held various leadership roles at Royal Dutch Shell from July 2005 to March 2020, including Head of Contracting, Procurement and Material Management in NAM, and Business Manager Sales Director at Shell Lubricants France, where responsibilities included overseeing a $80 million P&L. Additional roles encompassed Regional Marketing Manager for Europe and Africa and Category Manager for Benelux and France, achieving significant growth in lubricants sales. Early career experience includes managing SAP implementation projects at Groupe PSA from 2001 to 2004. Vlad holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's degree in Logistics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
