Azid Allan

Azid Allan is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and industrial capability management. Currently serving as the Head of Industrial Capability, Head of Corporate Affairs, and Head of Human Resources at Petroleum Sarawak Berhad since February 2018, Azid Allan has held multiple senior HR roles, including HR Manager at Sakura Ferroalloys Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included HR oversight for a manganese-iron smelting plant in a joint venture context. Prior experience includes HR Manager and Industrial Relations Advisor roles at Shell, focusing on stakeholder relationships and manpower cost recovery, as well as Territory Manager for Industrial Lubricants at ExxonMobil. Azid's career began with various HR roles, culminating in specialized positions in compensation, benefits, and recruitment. Azid holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering with Fuel Technology from The University of Sheffield.
