Jessica Chua

Jessica Chua has over two decades of experience in finance, specializing in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as the Head of Downstream Finance at Petroleum Sarawak Berhad since 2021, Jessica previously held the position of Finance Manager - Downstream from 2018 to 2020 within the same company. Earlier roles include various positions at Shell from 2011 to 2018, such as GRA and Projects Advisor and Head of Management Accounting & Financial Services. Jessica also worked as an Account Executive at JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration Co from 2010 to 2011, and as Finance & Account Manager at Bintulu Development Authority from 2005 to 2010. Jessica's professional journey began as an Auditor at EY from 2003 to 2005.
