Michelle Beard

Michelle Beard has worked for two companies, Petroleum Traders Corp and Allen County Community Corrections. At Petroleum Traders Corp, they served as Internal Department Operations Director from 2011, and was also a Collaborative Management Team Member and Executive Assistant to the President. In their role as Collaborative Management Team Member, they were responsible for weekly meetings focused on the growth of the company, problem identification and solution driven, and interactive support with policy, procedures, and personnel. As Executive Assistant to the President, their duties included assisting with the President's company concerns, tasks, and department management, supporting company growth initiatives, proactively identifying company needs, problems or concerns arising, as well as improving processes for efficiency, scheduling and organizing meetings, conducting research, and handling Corporate and plane insurance. At Allen County Community Corrections, they served as Management from 2002 and was responsible for the security of the facility, residents, and staff, as well as the development and launching of ACCC's Modified Therapeutic Community (MTC).

Michelle Beard attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied Criminal Justice/Police Science.
