Balaji Reddy K has a diverse work experience. Balaji started their career as an Engineering Intern at GAIL (India) Limited, where they gained experience in studying and designing pipeline networks. Balaji then interned as an Engineering Intern at Reliance KG-D6, focusing on engineering tasks. Following this, they joined JK Risk Managers & Insurance Brokers Ltd. as a Management Trainee.

In 2014, Balaji joined Petrolink as a Petroleum Data Analyst, where they monitored drilling data, reported issues, and prepared reports as per client requirements. Balaji later moved on to the role of Jr. Real Time Data Analyst/Field Engineer, troubleshooting data-related issues and coordinating with third-party vendors. At Petrolink, they also served as a Senior Real-Time Data Engineer (Team Lead), where they specialized in creating real-time plots, providing solutions support, and handling data calculations.

With their extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, Balaji Reddy K has developed skills in real-time data analysis, troubleshooting, and project management.

Balaji Reddy K completed their education in a chronological order. Balaji first attended Vidya Vikas Public School from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained their 10th Class degree in the Board of Secondary Education. Following this, they enrolled in Sri Chaitanya Intermediate College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned their High School degree in the PCM field of study. Balaji then pursued higher education at the University Of Petroleum and Energy Studies from 2007 to 2011, obtaining an Engineer's Degree in Petroleum Engineering. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Upstream Asset Management from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, completing it in 2012. Balaji further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining a certification in Energy 101 from the University of Texas at Dallas in May 2013.
