Carlos Cortes

Carlos Cortes has a diverse work experience in various companies. Carlos currently holds the position of Head Commercial Excellence Americas at PETRONAS Lubricants International. Prior to this role, they worked as Commercial Excellence - Sales Effectiveness at the same company.

Carlos also served as the International Business Manager - LATAM at PETRONAS Lubricants International from 2014 to 2017. Before joining PETRONAS, they worked at SAP Brasil as a Services Account Manager - Mining from 2006 to 2014.

Carlos'searlier experience includes working as a Commercial Manager LA - Car Care at Shell from 2003 to 2005. Carlos also held various positions at Shell Gas LPG, including Commercial Manager, Commercial Manager - B2B, and Commercial/Marketing Manager, from 1987 to 2003.

Carlos Cortes attended Dawson College from 1982 to 1983, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. In 1998-1999, they attended Fundação Dom Cabral to study business. Later, from 1983 to 1987, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at UERJ. Apart from their formal education, Carlos has obtained several certifications in various subjects, such as Business Analysis for Project Managers and Data Visualization.
