Melissa Cristallo

Melissa Cristallo is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits, as well as performance management. Currently serving as a C&B and Performance Senior Specialist for EMEA at PETRONAS Lubricants International since October 2019, Melissa previously held the position of Performance & Organisation Specialist at the same company. Prior to this, a role as an HR Specialist was undertaken at Facis from July 2013 to July 2019.
