Alan Khi currently serves as the Head of UX Design at PETRONAS, leading a multinational design team to enhance employee productivity through user-centric solutions. Previously, Alan was a Digital Experience Designer at IBM, where significant contributions were made to clients like Tenaga Nasional and Celcom by creating customer-centric experiences that improved profitability and loyalty. Prior roles included Head of Digital Marketing at ALTEL Communications Sdn Bhd, where Alan successfully positioned the brand against competitors, and similar responsibilities at AirAsia. Earlier experience includes pioneering customer experience transformation at DiGi Telecommunications and consulting for international government agencies through the Multimedia Development Corporation. Alan holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Wawasan Open University, a Master's in Economics from University of Malaya, and a Bachelor's in Business focusing on Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Queensland.
