Noriza Razali

Noriza Razali has extensive experience in technology solutions and human resources management, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Technology Solutions & Delivery Excellence at PETRONAS since May 2015. Previously held roles at PETRONAS include Head of Digital Solutions and Head of Enterprise HCM. Noriza also has a background in project management and SAP HR implementations, having worked as Regional Rollout Manager at Novartis and Manager of HR Project Management at PROTON. Additional consulting experience includes positions at Brightree Solutions, HCL AXON, JSPC i-Solutions Bhd, and Magnus HRM Net, predominantly focusing on project management and SAP HR expertise. Noriza began their career as an SAP HRIS Analyst at PETRONAS and holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
