Jeegnesh Balsara

Jeegnesh Balsara has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jeegnesh has worked at Petronet LNG Limited since 2007, starting as a Senior Officer (HR & Admin) before progressing to Deputy Manager (HR & Admin), Manager (HR), Senior Manager (HRD), and finally Chief Manager (HR). Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, they worked as an Executive - HR at Enercon (India) Limited.

Jeegnesh Balsara's education history begins with their high school education at St. Joseph's Convent High School in Valsad, where they studied Business/Commerce, General from 1989 to 1997. Jeegnesh then pursued a Bachelor's Degree at Shah N. H. Commerce College, South Gujarat University in Surat, specializing in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, and Statistics, from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from the Department of Human Resource Development, South Gujarat University in Surat, studying from 2000 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Jeegnesh Balsara has also obtained the SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM Payroll with ERP 6.0 EHP7 certification from SAP in April 2019.
