Victor Murillo

Victor Murillo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director at Petroperú S.A. and the President of the Board at Empresa de Generacion Electrica del Sur S.A., Victor has held significant roles including Vice Minister of Hydrocarbons at the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru and Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at OTASS Perú. Victor also contributed as the Regional Supervision Division Manager at OSINERGMIN and led critical projects such as the implementation of the Energy Inclusion Social Fund (FISE). With a solid educational background, including a Master's degree in Economic Regulation of Public Services from Universitat de Barcelona and a Master's in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Victor holds an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú.
