Neil Derrick

Neil Derrick has extensive work experience in the energy sector, primarily with Petrotrin. NEIL began their career at Petrotrin in 1993 as an Operations Support Services Superintendent, where they worked until 1998. NEIL then held various roles within the Human Resources department, starting as a Manager of Industrial Relations, Compensation, and Benefits in 2004. NEIL was promoted to Corporate Manager of Human Resources in 2011 and served in that role until 2012. From 2012 until 2016, Neil served as the Senior Manager of Industrial Relations. Finally, in 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resource and Corporate Services, a position they currently hold.

Neil Derrick has a diverse education history that includes a Masters of Science in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resource from the same university, completing it from 2004 to 2008. NEIL began their educational journey by earning a Graduateship Examination in Mechanical Engineering from the Society of Engineers between 1992 and 1995.
