Prior to that, Chu Thanh worked at PetroVietnam Finance Corporation as the Deputy Manager of the Structured Finance Division for nearly ten years. Chu Thanh specializes in oil and gas project financing and management in Vietnam, advising on financing structures, arranging funds, negotiating agreements, and more.
