Don T. Gray

Mr. Gray is the Chairman of Petrus Resources Ltd. and is a Co-Founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Peyto Energy Trust. Mr. Gray is also Chairman of Gear Energy Ltd., a heavy oil producer, and Chairman of EIQ Capital Corp., a private investment company. Mr. Gray holds a BSc in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and has over 20 years experience in the Canadian oil and gas business in various capacities. Mr. Gray co-founded Peyto in 1998 and efficiently grew production from zero to greater than 24,000 boe/day. Mr. Gray was selected by Ernst & Young as the Canadian Energy Trust Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004. He continues to serve as Chairman of Peyto and remains one of Peyto's largest individual shareholders.
