Claire Wych

Claire Wych has extensive work experience in the field of business analysis. Claire started their career as an IT Consultant at CMG in 1999, where they worked on various customer sites across the country, gaining experience in the full software development lifecycle. In 2005, they joined Pipex Communications as a Business Analyst, leading a small team in implementing a new CRM software solution. From 2007 to 2017, they worked as a Lead Business Analyst at PREMEX SERVICES (27) LIMITED, overseeing up to 6 analysts and being involved in the full software development lifecycle. In 2017, they joined CDL as an Analyst Team Leader, and in 2019, they moved on to Pets at Home, initially serving as a Lead Business Analyst and later becoming the Head of Portfolio Shaping and Planning.

Claire Wych earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1994 to 1998.
