Zixun Mao

Zixun Mao has had work experience in various roles and companies. In 2017, they worked as a Strategic Marketing Intern at BASF, where they conducted market analysis and coordinated consultancy projects. In 2018, they joined a Chinese automotive company as a Strategy and Project Management Intern, where they analyzed the local electric vehicle market and supported internal operation excellence projects. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Product Manager Sleep Tech at Emma – The Sleep Company, leading market test projects and building a Shopify platform. Currently, they are working at Pets Deli as a Product Manager for Customer Loyalty and Retention.

Zixun Mao completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, Accounting, and Management from The University of Nottingham Ningbo China from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Florida, studying Business Administration and Management. Zixun later pursued a Master's Degree in Strategic Management, Operation Management, and Marketing at the University of Mannheim from 2015 to 2017.
