Eric Middleton

Eric Middleton has a diverse background in operations management, supply chain, and customer service, currently serving as the National Accounts Manager for Amazon at PetSafe Brands since May 2021. Their previous roles include E-Commerce Program Account Manager and Amazon Program Account Manager for Canada and Mexico at PetSafe Brands, and Manager of Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service at Body Back Company. At Body Back Company, Eric established inventory management systems and developed customer service protocols while overseeing product ordering and delivery. Eric also has experience as a Shipping Lead at Cardinal Health and in shipping and receiving at Volunteer Vette Products. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Environmental Issues from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
