Jenny Swanson

Jenny Swanson is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as VP and Chief People Officer at PetSafe Brands since July 2022. In this role, Jenny is a member of the senior leadership team, focused on setting the vision and direction of the Human Resources team to support the company's financial and strategic goals, with a particular emphasis on enhancing organizational capacity, culture, and capabilities. Prior to PetSafe Brands, Jenny held several positions at Radio Systems Corporation from February 2006 to July 2022, including Senior Director of Human Resources, where a comprehensive approach to optimizing HR functions and strengthening team culture was implemented. Earlier experience includes roles in talent development and HR management at Willis from August 2003 to February 2006. Jenny earned a BA in Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2000.
