Previously, at Warner Bros. Discovery, Joey held the position of Senior Manager, Operations Planning, overseeing teams in Workforce Management, Training, and Quality Assurance. Joey's career began at ADT, progressing through various roles including Customer Service Agent to Area Manager of Customer Care Experience & Quality, where responsibilities included team coaching and enhancing customer experience. Joey holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the American Public University System.
