Tim McCarthy

Tim McCarthy is an experienced industrial designer currently working at PetSafe Brands since September 2023. With a career spanning over a decade, McCarthy has held various positions, including Sr. Industrial Designer at Bass Pro Shops, where responsibilities included designing hard and soft goods for outdoor recreation and contributing to product development processes. McCarthy has also worked at Animax Designs, Inc., where expertise in multi-axis CNC machining and 3D scanning was utilized. Previous roles have involved collaboration in developing assets for production and mentorship of interns. McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, along with initial studies in Industrial Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University.
