Jim Stephenson

Jim Stephenson is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and IT support, currently serving as the Lead Corporate Recruiter at PetSmart since August 2015, with previous roles as Sr. Corporate Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter focusing on identifying top talent. In addition to this role, Jim has been a Researcher for PassiveCast Executive Search & Recruiting since 2008, utilizing advanced search methodologies to locate passive candidates. Jim volunteered as the VP of Partner Relations for the Arizona Local Chapter of the Help Desk Institute from January 2017 to July 2018.
