Rebecca Burnside

Rebecca Burnside is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at PetSmart since September 2018, where Rebecca has previously held roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to PetSmart, Rebecca worked at Raley's from December 2011 to September 2018 as an Assistant Store Team Leader. Rebecca is advancing education with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University, expected to be completed between May 2024 and November 2025, and holds a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
