Annabella Giroux

Annabella Giroux is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional HR Manager at CoorsTek, Inc. since February 2017, Annabella oversees strategic direction and development for over 150 employees in a manufacturing setting, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and fostering a pay-for-performance culture. Previously, Annabella held various HR roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from May 2008 to February 2017, including Human Resources Manager for Jensen Tools & Supply, where responsibilities included organizational transformation and employee relations. Annabella began her career at EMC from 2000 to 2008 in sales processing management.
