Theresa Lee

Theresa Lee has a diverse range of work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and project management. Theresa currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at PetSmart since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director, Associate Work Experience at PetSmart from November 2021 to February 2023. Before joining PetSmart, Theresa worked at Republic Services in various roles, including Vice President Talent, Director HR Effectiveness, Human Resources Director, Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, Hr Generalist, and Corporate Recruiter from 2012 to 2021. Their earliest work experience was at Thomson Reuters, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner/Project Manager from July 2007 to September 2012.

Theresa Lee attended Stony Brook University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Humanities.
