David Young

David Young is the President & Chief Financial Officer of PETTIGREW. Young came to PETTIGREW in 2005 following a decade-long tenure with large public accounting firms in Atlanta and in Athens, GA. Young first applied his extensive financial sector knowledge to the roles of CFO and COO before being promoted to CEO in 2009. Young is a visionary change management expert and team leader and has dedicated his time at PETTIGREW to pioneering a wide variety of tools and processes that have positioned the company at the head of its business sector. Young has consistently identified opportunities for growth and innovation, including the expansion of PETTIGREW into offshore operations in the Philippines, India and, most recently, in the middle east.

Young is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and has spoken at several international conferences on healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO). He is also a member of both the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
