Steven Worsham

Steven started working with PETTIGREW in July of 2000. He has been instrumental in all phases of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management. He began working in the Data Entry department and has held several other positions such as Credentialing Manager, AR Management, Reimbursement Management, Account Management and is now the Client Service Manager for one of PETTIGREW's largest ED physicians groups. He was very instrumental in the implementation of an overseas office in the Philippines, training and heading up the Payment Posting and the AR Department teams. With onsite training and training remotely. He continues to work closely with the Philippines office and also the India office. He is very detailed in all areas he works and strives for customer\client satisfaction.
