Tom Adams, CCIM, serves as the President of Pettinaro Management, LLC since April 2013, overseeing the financial and operational success of the company, which specializes in asset and property management for commercial real estate. With prior experience as Director of Asset Management at Miller-Valentine Group from May 2000 to 2013, Tom successfully managed the financial objectives and strategic operations of real estate assets. Earlier career roles include certified real estate appraiser and owner of Adams Appraisal Service, with extensive appraisal expertise across multiple states, and Real Estate Credit Administration Manager at First Bank Systems. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Public Relations/Communications from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member from the CCIM Institute.

The name Pettinaro is synonymous with real estate in and around Delaware. The current residential portfolio consists of approximately two thousand existing apartment homes located in Delaware, Maryland and Florida as well as new, resort-styled homes in Bethany Bay and the luxurious Pointe at Brandywine Park.
