Nicole Allen

Nicole Allen currently serves as Senior Counsel at Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin PC, having joined in June 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions as an Associate Attorney at Martenson Hasbrouck & Simon LLP, Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara LLP, and Lorber, Greenfield & Polito LLP, where expertise focused on insurance defense, construction defect litigation, and general liability among other legal areas. Nicole's legal career began with positions at HORTON OBERRECHT KIRKPATRICK & MARTHA, Lorber, Greenfield, & Polito LLP, and as a contract attorney and law clerk with various firms, gaining significant experience in drafting legal documents and handling discovery tasks. Nicole earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from California Western School of Law and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate in the Comparative International Law Program at the University of San Diego. Prior academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UC San Diego.
